Endbrights values

Endbright’s values are based on consideration and respect. When using Endbright, you are expected to follow these rules:

  • Do not use offensive, abusive, provocative or threatening language.
  • Do not use discriminatory language regarding gender, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Threats or harassment are not permitted. This includes verbal or written expressions or actions intended to cause discomfort or harm.

Failure to comply may result in actions such as account deactivation and/or reporting to the police.

User responsibility

You agree to:

  • Use the Endbright platform (“Platform”) only for personal consultation and information.
  • Not distribute or transmit any data or information that:
    (i) you are not legally or contractually entitled to share;
    (ii) infringes or encourages infringement of intellectual property or trade secrets;
    (iii) contains viruses or other harmful code; or
    (iv) may cause harm or inconvenience to Endbright or any third party.

Terms – booking of services

The booking service is a digital platform for e-health solutions enabling companies to provide advisory services or appointment booking via scheduling systems, video or chat (“Service”). The Service is provided by Endbright (Equal Equity AB) (“Provider”), company reg. no. 559210-0159. The Service is owned by Curoflow Technology AB (“Curoflow”), reg. no. 559123-3654, and licensed to the Provider. These terms (“Terms”) apply to individuals (“End User”) using the Service.


1. Updates and new features
1.1 The Provider may implement updates and new versions of the Service as deemed appropriate and reserves the right to modify the Service at any time without prior notice.


2. Use of the Service
2.1 The End User shall follow the Provider’s instructions. Where parental or guardian consent is required, the End User is responsible for obtaining it.

2.2 The End User guarantees lawful use of the Service and is responsible for all activity. The Provider is not liable for unauthorized access due to insufficient user precautions.

2.3 The End User guarantees that any material shared does not infringe rights or violate law.

2.4 The End User may not copy, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit the Service.

2.5 The End User may terminate their account at any time.


3. Purchase and delivery terms
3.1 By using the Service, the End User accepts the Provider’s purchase terms.

3.2 The End User is entitled only to the purchased service.

3.3 Payment must be completed before the advisory session; otherwise the booking is cancelled.

3.4 Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Later cancellations are fully charged. Missed appointments are also fully charged.

3.5 Advisory packages must be used within 12 months.

3.6 You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (excluding downloaded digital content).

3.7 Complaints must be reported promptly to kundtjanst@endbright.se.

3.8 Payments are available via Swish, card or invoice. Prices are in SEK and include VAT.

3.9 Klarna may process personal data to offer payment options.


4. Limited availability
4.1 The Service may be affected by external factors beyond control. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

4.2 The Provider may restrict access for technical, maintenance or security reasons and will inform users where possible.

4.3 Access may be terminated if the user breaches the Terms.


5. Intellectual property
5.1 All rights to the Service belong to Curoflow or the Provider. No rights are transferred to the End User.


6. Third-party applications
6.1 The End User is responsible for required third-party applications.

6.2 Use must comply with third-party terms; the End User indemnifies the Provider for misuse.

6.3 The Provider is not responsible for third-party functionality.


7. External links
7.1 The Provider is not responsible for third-party websites linked within the Service.


8. Cookies
8.1 Cookies are used to improve user experience and collect usage data. Users may disable cookies, which may affect functionality.

9. Limitation of liability
9.1 The Provider is liable in accordance with applicable law.

9.2 The Provider is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of income or data.

9.3 The Service facilitates communication; the End User is responsible for information provided.


10. Force majeure
10.1 The Provider is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond control, such as war, legislation, power outages or natural disasters.


11. Changes
11.1 Changes to the Terms take effect within 14 days of publication. Continued use implies acceptance.


12. Communication
12.1 Communication may be electronic and is considered received the same day.


13. Duration
13.1 The Terms apply from account registration until the Service is no longer used.


14. Governing law and disputes
14.1 Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in Swedish courts.

1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Endbright collects and processes the following personal data when you use the Service:

Information you provide to us

  • Personal and contact information: name, personal identity number, email address, phone number, etc.
  • Health data: information about physical and mental health shared in the Service, including through forms or uploaded files.
  • Financial and legal data: information about your financial and legal situation, including responses to forms or uploaded materials.
  • Feedback you provide may also be collected. Providing data is voluntary but may be necessary to use the Service.

Information collected in other ways

  • Technical data: IP address, language, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and date/time of visits.
  • Audio and video are not recorded or stored; they are deleted in real time. Files and images you upload are stored.

2. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Your personal data is primarily used to provide, perform and improve the Service. Processing is based on the following purposes and legal grounds:

  • To provide the Service: manage your account, verify identity (e.g. BankID), process payments, and ensure proper functionality.
  • To communicate with you: send notifications such as reminders and booking confirmations.
  • Customer support: handle inquiries, complaints and technical issues.
  • Statistics: create aggregated, non-identifiable data for analysis.
  • Development and improvement: use technical data and feedback to enhance the Service.

3. DATA RETENTION

Your personal data is stored only as long as necessary for its purpose.

  • Account and contact data are stored while your account is active.
  • Accounts inactive for 730 days are deleted along with associated data.
  • Technical data is typically deleted or anonymized within 30 days after a session.
  • Logging in resets the 730-day retention period.

4. SHARING OF DATA

Your personal data may be shared when necessary with:

  • Endbright staff who need access to perform their duties.
  • Suppliers and subcontractors, such as Curoflow Technology AB, which provides the platform. They process data only according to instructions and confidentiality requirements.

5. THIRD PARTIES

Data may be shared with partners and trusted third-party providers to deliver services, such as:

  • Cloud storage
  • Payment processing
  • Analytics and surveys
  • Communication services
  • Legal services
  • Customer relationship management

Data is not transferred outside the EU unless the customer resides outside the EU.


6. DATA PROCESSING WITHIN EU/EEA

Your personal data is processed only in Sweden or within the EU/EEA and will not be transferred outside without your explicit consent.


7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Access your data and receive a copy.
  • Request deletion when data is no longer necessary or lacks legal basis.
  • Compensation if unlawful processing causes damage.
